An important aspect of our project is social responsibility and social action through art. We apply our mission of “Art into Action and Action into Art” through our community outreach programs.
Our programs include the following:
Rehabilitate and Revive
We inspire fundraising, provide resources and implement art interventions with local and regional communities in need of support. For example, we have offered programs, in prison, in nursing homes and for women in recovery. We also support artists from non-OECD countries (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) such as Rwanda, Cameroon and Egypt by raising funds through the exhibition and sale of their art.
Reconstruct and Rebuild
We contribute to the reconstruction and rebuilding efforts of communities destroyed by natural disaster. We support the raising of funds that provide resources for rebuilding housing and schools in such communities; for example, Haiti in 2010 and Nepal in 2015.
